KCM Trade actively participated in the "Million Dollar Lunch" hosted by the Australian Children’s Cancer Foundation in late August. This charitable event brought together passionate individuals from all walks of life and raised over 2 million AUD through exciting auctions and raffles for the Children’s Cancer Foundation. This provided significant support to the fight against childhood cancer and demonstrated our commitment to charitable activities and the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility.
KCM Trade sponsored an exclusive table at the luncheon to highlight its support for the event. Jason Lau, Managing Director of KCM Trade Australia, led colleagues from the local office in attending, showing their dedication to the cause. KCM Trade was honored to invite Linus Smith as a special guest at our table. Linus Smith is the son of Jeremy Smith, the former chairman of the Children’s Cancer Foundation, and joined KCM Trade in expressing his concern and support for the fight against childhood cancer.
The event's co-chairs, Peter Crinis and Rianna Ponting, led the guests with exceptional leadership and deep industry backgrounds, raising their voices for the cause of childhood cancer. Additionally, philanthropist Anita Pahor, with her rich experience in the nonprofit sector, delivered a speech that added further strength and impact to the event.
